Senior School Structure
The Senior School at Glen Waverley Secondary College is made up of over 1000 students from Years 10-12. It is managed by an executive team which consists of three Directors: Director of Senior School,Director of Learning, and Program Coordinator. They are supported in their respective roles by House Leaders, Careers Advisors, the VASS Coordinator, the Manager of International Students and Senior School Secretaries.

The first point of contact for all Senior School Students is their House Leader, of which there are two at each year level. The House Leaders work closely with the students and their subject teachers to look after the learning and wellbeing of the students under their care. At the Year 10 level, teachers in the Living and Learning classes provide additional support to the House Leaders and Directors in delivering activities aimed at developing the key attributes of emotional intelligence, learning capacity and career awareness.
