Senior School
Our Vision
The Senior School will deliver a comprehensive academic and co-curricular program for all students through teaching and learning that will equip them with values, beliefs, knowledge and skills that will foster lifelong learning, and enhance their competitiveness and abilities to become outstanding global citizens of the 21st century.
Our Mission

- To prepare for transition from post-compulsory education to training, further education and employment;

Senior School Structure
The Senior School at Glen Waverley Secondary College is made up of over 1000 students from Years 10-12. It is managed by an executive team which consists of two Directors: Director of Senior School, and Director of Learning & Learning Programs. They are supported in their respective roles by House Leaders, Careers Advisors, Wellbeing Team, the VASS Coordinator, the Manager of International Students and Senior School Secretaries.
The first point of contact for all Senior School Students is their House Leader, of which there are two at each year level. The House Leaders work closely with the students and their subject teachers to look after the learning and wellbeing of the students under their care.
