At Year 7 - 10 the Victorian Curriculum Mathematics course is followed, where students develop skills in number, algebra, measurement, geometry, probability and statistics. Students develop mathematical problem solving skills, investigate mathematical relationships and learn to use technology to manipulate data and visualise problems. At Year 9, an Extension Mathematics elective called Mathematical Modelling is offered, which is designed to expose students to several areas of mathematics not present in the core curriculum.
The Casio Classpad CAS is introduced to students in Year 10 and then used continually in Years 11 & 12.
The VCE subjects offered are Units 1 & 2 Foundation Mathematics, General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods and Specialist Mathematics, and Units 3 & 4 Foundation Mathematics, General Mathematics, Mathematical Methods, Specialist Mathematics and Algorithmics (HESS) are offered.
