Publicity
This project has received quite a lot of publicity during the time it has been running. When it first started in 1999, we were on TV, the newspaper and magazines.
Later in 2000 Totally Wild, a childrens wildlife series ran a large segment on our experiment. They came into the school and filmed and interviewed us about what we were doing.
We have been to many places such as RMIT university on numerous occasions, wearing our sponsors badges for all to see. We have been right into the middle of the city and up the ANZ towers for conferences with the Department of State and Regional Development.
During that same year, we spent a week in Canberra visiting all the space related attractions there.
In 2002 as the experiment started to get going again we were on TV, Newspapers and Radio.
In all of occasions our sponsors badges were displayed prominently on our jackets and hats. The names of our sponsors have also been mentioned in the newspaper, magazines and even on a popular radio show. If you want to become known for community help and sponsorship, then give us a call.
