Accessing the Intranet
Members of the College community can use any web-connected computer to access the Intranet at any time.
students and staff
To begin access, go to http://intranet.gwsc.vic.edu.au and input your College network username and password when prompted.
parents
To begin access, go to http://parent.gwsc.vic.edu.au and input your child's ID code, date of birth, and the PIN code supplied to you by the College.
When logged in, you will see the Intranet exactly as your child sees it, but with the addition of a parent menu bar.
Note that if you have lost your PIN, or the PIN you were using has ceased to function, then you will need to go to the College General Office in person during business hours to obtain a new PIN. Please bring adequate identification, including at least one photo ID.
non-community members
If you are a member of an educational organisation, and you are interested in finding out more about our Intranet, please be advised that we offer structured Professional Development seminars which comprehensively cover how the Intranet fits into the overall teaching and learning structure of the College.
